In
this past couple of weeks a lot of the family at The Pines have lost loved ones
that were known
by all
and ones that were only known by us through the love of the stories told. My Heart & Prayers go to all
that have lost. Everyone
around the lake knew a woman
named Hop-Sing. They may have known her by Sandra Or as I knew her as one of the
Twisted Sisters. She has helped another Twisted Sister named Jane with the Pines Poker Run for the last 4
years. Her
other half everyone knows as Rex the owner of "Texanna
Road Lounge" Rex, I Love You And
As I type this I can
feel your tears as my own. We lost a great friend a night ago and
I will
toast to My Twisted Sister
Sandra every time I take a sip of Jack.
Sandra was
one that could make you laugh with a funny look.
Her famous "Boo" used to scare me until that special
smile of hers would come out of the corner of mouth and say Karla it's
alright, just messing with the crowd. Here's to you my Twisted
Sister, I will see you when the time comes. Watch over us and know we
will be with you soon. Until then laugh from above and know I will never
forget the good times we shared.
